The Body Pro Therapeutic Massage System

    I offer Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue massage, PNF Stretching, and Trigger Point Therapy.  In addition to that I test for allergies to food, organs, blood, hormones, and environmental elements using Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA) and Applied Kinesiology.  I also offer a service to reduce or eliminate those allergies using the Ellen Cutler method of allergy elimination. This testing and treatment can greatly help with low energy, fatigue, joint pain, lack of drive, ADD/ADHD and much more. In this field EXPERIENCE COUNTS! MASSAGE

Swedish massage is a mixture of soothing light pressure gliding movements including tapping, cupping, and slow easy strokes that promotes calmness, relaxation, lymph drainage and balance.

Sports massage is a combination of deeper pressures strokes with more cross fiber friction movements geared towards reducing scar tissue and promoting healing of sore or damaged muscles.

Deep tissue massage involves the use of heavy pressure scar tissue stripping movements that can help restore proper range of motion, lymph and energy flow, and promote healing.  This is the treatment where experience greatly pays off.  You don't want to feel damaged, beat up and sore for four days after a session.  I know exactly how much pressure to use, where to apply it and for how long. 

                                     Alternative Health Treatments

PNF Stretching is short for proprioceptive neuro facilitation stretching.  This is a method of stretching that greatly increases your range of motion, strength and coordination without creating tremendous stretching pain.  This treatment also unblocks stagnant energy flow.  If you feel stiff all the time, can't move your neck in a full range of motion, your knees ache or have other muscle and joint pain, this treatment can greatly help you.

Trigger Point Therapy involves pressing on acupressure points that can have a tremendous effect on unblocking and restoring the flow of energy throughout the body improving overall balance, reducing pain and increasing feelings of well being.  It is very effective for people with carpal tunnel syndrome, pain in the extremities, headaches, joint pain, muscles pain and much more.

Contact Reflex Analysis CRA is an over 40 year old method of testing the body's reflexes to see what is affecting the body and how well the organs are functioning.  Results of this type of testing can show an energetic weakness in any of the organs, infections, allergies, the need for further investigation of the thyroid function, salt intolerance or imbalance, and much, much more.  For further investigation see the CRA website www.crahealth.org.  If you have been plagued with sinus problems, indigestion, joint or muscle pain, headaches, sleep disturbances and much more, this testing can help identify underlying problems creating those symptoms as well as what could be effective in helping reverse those problems and symptoms.

Applied Kinesiology involves the use of "muscle testing" which basically displays your body's response to anything that comes in contact with your energetic field.  You can very quickly discover which foods, beverages, and environmental substances your body rejects, has a problem with, reacts negatively to, only moderately positively to, or very positively to.  Once you discover what you are allergic or sensitive to, you can avoid those foods or substances or go through a brief painless treatment to reduce or eliminate those allergies or sensitivities.

Sessions and Fees  

Home Office Massage Client's have told me they felt very safe and peaceful in the serene surrounds of my home office. They say it's an escape from the stress of their daily lives.  Most clients choose to come to my home office.  Sessions are only $60.00!

Local Location Massage   I travel the entire Pittsburgh, PA area as well as work out of my home.  I charge $75.00 for sessions outside of the home within a reasonable distance.  For a small additional fee I will travel further outside of the local area. 

Distant Location Massage   I do travel out of state for massage and allergy elimination treatments.  Fees include a flat day rate for treatments, travel, meals, and lodging.

 Allergy Testing and Elimination  My initial visit fee is $60.00.  Follow up treatments for allergy elimination are $25.00.
